Solubility: Slightly soluble in water (0.22 g/L, 25°C), soluble in dilute alkali solution, almost insoluble in organic solvents
Stability: Stable to heat, but strong acids, strong alkalis and ultraviolet rays can cause degradation
Appreance: White to off-white crystalline powder

Vitamin B7, as a carboxylase coenzyme, participates in key metabolic processes:
