Foreign object control includes metal detection, sieving, magnetic traps, and microbial checks
Oat Beta-Glucan Manufacturing Process
Step1
Qualified Raw Material Control
Oat bran is pre-tested for Oat β-Glucan content before production. Only qualified raw materials are released for processing, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
Step 2
Controlled Hot Water Extraction & Vacuum Concentration
Extraction was carried out at a controlled temperature, followed by vacuum concentration to reduce thermal stress and protect the molecular structure of Oat Beta-Glucan
Step 3
Ethanol Precipitation & Vacuum Drying
Oat Beta-Glucan is selectively precipitated by controlled ethanol concentration, achieving high purity. Vacuum drying removes residual solvent while improving bulk density and powder flowability
Step 4
Particle Size Standardization & Sterilization
Vacuum drying of Oat Beta-Glucen may cause clumping, so it needs to be pulverized and passed through an 80-mesh sieve to ensure uniform particle size. High-temperature sterilization at 110℃±5℃ for 4 hours can effectively eliminate the risk of microbial contamination
Step 5
Multi-Stage Quality Assurance
During production, two magnetic adsorption devices adsorb foreign objects, and two metal detection processes prevent contamination of the product. The PE inner bags containing Oat Beta-Glucan must be sterilized with ultraviolet light for at least 30 minutes before use. We use the AOAC 995.16 method to standardize the Oat Beta-Glucan content testing and conduct heavy metal and microbial testing on the finished products to ensure product safety and compliance.
Ethanol precipitation allows selective enrichment of Oat Beta-Glucan with stable batch quality.
Optimized bulk density and flowability for capsules, tablets, and functional food applications.
Multiple magnetic separation and metal detection steps reduce foreign material risk.
High-temperature sterilization and 5–7 day microbial incubation testing ensure safety for dietary supplement use.
Each batch is tested for Oat Beta-Glucan content using the internationally recognized testing method AOAC 995.16 to ensure the true content of the finished product.

Water solubility and applications
Want to use Oat Beta-Glucan in beverages?
Here is a real water-solubility observation for our 70% Oat Beta-Glucan: • Dosage tested: 0.5% to 6.0% in water
• Process: heated to 90°C, then cooled to 22°C
• Result: gelation at 5% and 6%
• At 0.5% to 4%: no precipitation or visible change, solution stayed stable
This helps beverage teams choose the right dosage range and avoid unexpected texture issues.
Applications
Capsules & tablets
Functional beverages

FAQ
What does your “100% refund guarantee” cover?
If our Oat Beta-Glucan shows any verified quality issue related to content or agreed specification, we guarantee a 100% refund. This applies to confirmed issues supported by testing data. Our goal is simple: the sourcing risk should not stay with you.
How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?
We control consistency through process design, not sampling luck: - Fixed raw material regions (Hebei & Inner Mongolia)
- Closed pipeline transfer
- Separated workshops
- Batch-by-batch Oat Beta-Glucan testing Each batch is tested and documented before shipment.
Which Oat Beta-Glucan testing method do you use?
We use the method is AOAC 995.16. Oat Beta-Glucan content is tested for every batch, not randomly.
Our regular inventory of Oat Beta-Glucan is approximately 10 tons, comprising 70% and 80% oat beta-glucan. For custom specifications, we can complete production within 7 days for fast delivery. Our standard batch production is 1 to 2 tons, sufficient to meet your small trial orders and large annual orders.
Can I customize content, viscosity, or transparency?
Yes. We support customization based on: - Oat Beta-Glucan content (10%–90%)
- Molecular weight & viscosity
- Transparency (important for beverages & cosmetics)
Do you have Oat Beta-Glucen that can be used in cosmetics?
Yes, we have 1% liquid Oat Beta-Glucen, which is clear in color and specifically formulated for cosmetic use.
