Broccoli seed Extract

Broccoli seed Extract is derived from broccoli and contains glucoraphanin and sulforaphane as its main active ingredients.

Glucoraphanin, which is the precursor to sulforaphane, is found in high concentrations in cruciferous vegetables, particularly in broccoli seeds and sprouts. In the presence of myrosinase enzyme or gut microbiota, glucoraphanin can be converted to sulforaphane. Glucoraphanin has higher stability compared to sulforaphane.

Sulforaphane, which can be converted from glucoraphanin in the presence of myrosinase enzyme or gut microbiota, is a potent antioxidant ingredient.
